Job summary

Paramark Corp in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to join our team for 25 hours per week. The role pays $18.00 to $24.00 per hour and reports to the Property Manager.

You will perform routine maintenance, document work orders, and coordinate with managers. Candidates should have hands-on experience with HVAC/plumbing/carpentry, be organized, and able to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and related trades.
• Basic computer skills including email usage.
• Strong organizational skills and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance in a timely fashion.
• Document work performed using the electronic work order system.
• Inspect units and create make-ready checklists; coordinate with managers.
• Order parts, obtain bids, and manage inventory.
• Perform after-hours emergency maintenance as needed.
• Ensure safety standards per OSHA and company health codes.
