Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance on properties.
• Maintain and document work orders using the electronic system.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and Regional Manager daily.
• Order parts and manage inventory; oversee repairs and make‑ready tasks.
• Ensure safety standards per OSHA and company health codes.
