Job summary

Paramark Corporation in Leawood, KS is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician (~25 hours/week) with a wage range of $24 to $26 per hour. The role involves daily maintenance under the guidance of the Property Manager and Regional Manager, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks, with duties to document work and manage supplies.

Candidates should be organized, able to function as a team player, and ready to handle after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical, etc.
• Experience with hand tools including tape measure, square, level, hand saw, chisel, cutters, pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, etc.
• Experience with power tools, including grinders, drills, various saws, rotary hammers, sanders, routers, planers, nail guns, air compressors, etc.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and performing minor and routine maintenance in a timely fashion.
• Ensuring all service requests are completed daily.
• Accurately document work performed through our electronic work order system.
• Inspect vacated units and create make-ready checklists.
• Complete special projects as assigned and prioritized by the Property Manager.
