Job summary

Paramark Corp is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician in Broomfield, CO for about 25 hours per week. Position offers an hourly wage of $25 to $30 and requires experience in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical, plus solid tool skills.

You will support daily maintenance under the Property Manager and Regional Manager, handling work orders and make-ready tasks. You must be organized, a team player, and able to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical.
• Proficient with common hand tools and power tools listed in job posting.
• Ability to document work and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations under PM and Regional Manager.
• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance tasks promptly.
• Document work orders and inspect vacated units for make-ready.
• Order parts, obtain bids, and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Perform emergency maintenance after hours as needed.
• Maintain clean work areas and promote resident relations.
