Qualifications

• Able to coordinate with others and assist team as needed.
• Working knowledge of computer or tablet software; solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of resident units and common areas.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in (painting, cleaning, carpet cleaning).
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections; keep logs.
• Maintain security systems, fire alarms, and door locks.
• Assist outside service personnel and vendors; coordinate tasks.
• Perform landscaping duties and keep grounds in good condition.
• Ensure cleanliness of common areas; manage trash and dumpster area.
• Maintain maintenance records and communicate with supervisors.
