Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents.
• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
• Assist with court-ordered set-outs when needed.
• Perform unit turnovers within 3–5 days.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Respond to on-call emergencies.
