Job summary

ALABAMA REGIONAL MEDICAL SERVICES is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain offices, clinics, and properties. The role requires about 20 hours weekly and emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and independent work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience
• Plumbing and carpentry experience preferred
• HVAC certification preferred (highly)
• Must have own basic tools
• Maintain a clean DMV record for insurance purposes

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks for offices, clinics, and properties
• Conduct preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment
• Identify and report damaged or defective materials
• Repair minor plumbing issues in kitchens and bathrooms
• Complete assigned maintenance requests promptly
• Perform grounds work and exterior maintenance as needed
• Coordinate work by outside contractors
• Assist in monitoring building systems
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety regulations
• Carry out other duties as assigned
