Job summary

SPM, LLC at Presbyterian Oaks II & III in Talladega, AL is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep residents' spaces safe, comfortable, and well maintained. You will troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems, complete service requests within 24 hours, and perform preventive maintenance while upholding high curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Previous property maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours with care.
• Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain curb appeal through exterior upkeep.
