Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college credits or training encouraged.
• Proficient in apartment maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair; drywall repairs and painting essential.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions and adapt to standard situations.
• You love to laugh and provide excellent service while working hard.

Responsibilities

• Operates tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with team members.
• Identifies and reports broken equipment or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area and equipment per safety regulations.
• Performs preventative maintenance on machinery and buildings as needed.
• Maintains a positive customer service attitude with staff and residents.
