Qualifications

• Technical training in plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or a related trade is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs at properties.
• Coordinate with Community Managers to prioritize unit turns.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs in a timely manner.
