Job summary

Princeton Property Management is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician II to join our team in Portland, OR. This role focuses on property management maintenance, including turns, electrical and plumbing, plus grounds upkeep and teamwork.

The position offers 24 hours per week and pays $29–$30 per hour based on experience. Candidates should have experience in property or apartment maintenance, strong customer service, and the ability to complete turns and resident requests promptly.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
• Maintain common areas, garbage dumpster and trash receptacle areas.
