Job summary

Absolute Storage Management in Pembroke, NH seeks a Maintenance Tech to handle routine maintenance and repairs across properties. You’ll perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical tasks, troubleshoot issues, and keep detailed records.

This role supports teamwork with property teams, coordinates with vendors, and follows OSHA and safety policies. The schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional flexibility; a high school diploma and handyman experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• A background screening will be conducted at time of hire.
• For positions that involve driving, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repairs across assigned properties to ensure everything is operating safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and building-related issues.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and scheduled procedures.
• Obtain estimates for supplies and repair parts; order materials as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall condition of buildings, units, and grounds.
• Communicate regularly with property teams regarding maintenance needs, budgets, and completed work.
• Assist with coordinating external vendors and contractors for larger repair or capital improvement projects.
• Follow all OSHA guidelines and company safety policies at all times.
