Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of machining and/or manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lecture and/or lab instruction for Machine Tool Technology (MTT) courses including Metrology, GD&T, CNC Milling and Turning, CADD and additive/subtractive manufacturing.
• Demonstrate and assist students with lab procedures and safety precautions.
• Develop syllabi and course materials aligned with curriculum standards and objectives.
• Independently evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes.
• Provide accommodations to meet varying learning needs.
• Provide advisement to students.
• Attend staff meetings, recruitment activities, and other institutional commitments.

Education

Associate of Applied Science degree in Machining or related engineering field
