• Previous medical office/healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy clinic.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients, check-in, and coordinate appointments.
• Explain insurance benefits, coverage, and out-of-pocket costs clearly.
• Collect and process patient payments accurately.
• Maintain accurate patient and insurance information in the EHR.
• Answer calls, manage messages, and respond to emails/texts/faxes.
• Assist with patient rooming and assigned clinical duties under provider direction.
• Keep front desk and waiting area clean and welcoming.
