Qualifications

• 2+ years direct patient care experience.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• BLS certification required within two days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Room and prepare patients for clinic visit.
• Obtain and record patient medical histories.
• Acquire vital signs.
• Assist with phlebotomy and lab specimen processing.
• Dispense medication and provide STI treatments.
• Maintain system of confidentiality according to HIPAA.
