Low T Center in Southlake, Texas is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist to join our patient-focused team onsite. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact, support front-office operations, and assist with basic clinical tasks under licensed providers.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, accurate data entry in the EHR, insurance explanations, and friendly multitasking in a fast-paced clinic. Prior healthcare experience is preferred, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous medical office or healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort discussing insurance, billing, and payment questions.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, complete check-in, and coordinate appointments.
• Explain insurance benefits, coverage, and out-of-pocket costs.
• Collect and process patient payments accurately.
• Maintain patient and insurance information in the EHR.
• Answer calls, manage messages, and respond to emails/texts/faxes.
• Assist with patient rooming and clinical duties under provider direction.
