Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience; luxury or jewelry sales preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives and develop a network of clients.
• Capture client information and build boutique relationships.
• Provide customer service, maintain product knowledge, and support simple pen repairs and after-sales service.
• Maintain store presentation and follow loss prevention procedures.
• Open and close the boutique, handle transfers, and communicate with the corporate office when needed.
