Brobston Group is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate in New York to achieve personal sales goals and build lasting client relationships. You will provide knowledgeable, attentive service while maintaining the boutique’s presentation and supporting daily operations.

The role requires strong customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and collaboration with management is essential.

Formación

• Previous retail sales experience, luxury or jewelry sales preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Open availability for nights, weekends and holidays; English and Spanish fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales objectives and build a client network by capturing customer information.
• Maintain product knowledge and deliver outstanding service.
• Develop basic pen repair and after‑sales service skills.
• Keep boutique presentation; assist with opening/closing and transfers when needed.
• Follow loss prevention procedures and handle products carefully.
