Job summary

Marc Jacobs International in Aurora (Chicago Premium Outlet) seeks a Sales Supervisor to support management with daily store operations, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and coach the team. You will help implement company policies, ensure store standards, and develop client relationships while maintaining brand DNA and product knowledge.

Flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent role with a focus on customer service.
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in generating sales, building, and developing client relationships.
• Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills.

• Illustrate client journey stages and escalated service behaviors.

• Initiate regular client contact and prompt follow-up on inquiries.
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management.
• Maintain learning attitude by seeking feedback from management.
• Open and close the store per Marc Jacobs procedures.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized and policies adhered to.
