Job summary

7 For All Mankind is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Full-Time) to assist the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, maintain brand standards, and support payroll and scheduling while representing the brand with integrity.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in luxury retail sales with at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Weekend and night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service.
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Ability to meet performance expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations including driving sales and customer experience.
• Coach and develop store team; ensure brand standards and policies are followed.
• Lead by example in customer engagement and store presentation.
• Support payroll management and scheduling within guidelines.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Operations and Marketing to meet deadlines.
