Job summary

Gerard Darel is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Selling Specialist to elevate the NYC Metro shopping experience. The ideal candidate will deliver personalized service, build client relationships, and drive sales within a boutique setting.

Must have at least 3 years in luxury retail, be proficient with POS systems, and maintain a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends. A team player who can work independently will thrive in our brand-forward environment.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Minimum of 3 years sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in POS systems and possess excellent and clear communication skills.
• Capability to move objects (up to 50 lbs) while working on the selling floor and backroom.
• Ability to work flexible hours including morning, mid, evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed individual sales goals and maintaining standard KPI's.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Provide each client with exceptional service from greeting and acknowledging every customer, knowledge of the product line, suggestive selling, wardrobing and maintaining standards.
• Ability to work both as part of a productive team and independently.
