Leap seeks a Part-Time Sales Associate to represent a Nolita boutique and deliver exceptional in-store experiences while building brand connections. You will drive customer satisfaction, support sales initiatives, and contribute to store operations in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has luxury retail experience, is flexible for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and is comfortable with Shopify, Endear, Slack and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail with knowledge of premium accessories and service expectations.
• Availability flexible for days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, use ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Minimum age 18 years old.

• Maintain a customer-ready environment with visual merchandising, replenishment, cleanliness and store presentation.
• Support inventory tasks, shipments, and daily operational priorities.
