Job summary

rag & bone in New York is seeking a Part-time Sales Specialist to deliver a consistent, high-quality store experience, assist with selling focus, and support company initiatives while adhering to policies.

You will bring 1–3 years in luxury retail, strong clienteling, styling recommendations, and a flexible 20–30 hour schedule including nights and weekends. Benefit: clothing allowance, generous employee discount, PTO.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail experience in premium, contemporary, or luxury environments.
• Proven ability to meet individual sales goals and contribute to team performance.
• Skilled in clienteling and building a loyal customer base.
• Ability to provide personalized styling recommendations and brand storytelling.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, 20–30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service with product knowledge and clienteling.
