Leap is looking for a dynamic Part-Time Sales Associate for our Nolita store opening in October 2026. You will deliver exceptional in-store experiences, build brand connections, and support sales initiatives with a focus on premium customers.

Ideal candidates have luxury retail experience and flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The role may include opening/closing duties and potential keyholder responsibilities. Familiarity with retail tech like Shopify is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail and premium accessories service.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through authentic engagement and personalized recommendations.
