Leap, Inc. seeks a dynamic Part-Time Sales Associate to represent our boutique in Nolita. You will deliver outstanding in-store experiences, drive customer satisfaction, and foster brand connections for Rowing Blazers and other brands in the Leap portfolio.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, excels at building product knowledge, and is comfortable with opening/closing duties and possible keyholder responsibilities. Competitive hourly pay from $18 to $23.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail and premium accessories.
• Availability including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum age 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences through authentic engagement.
• Support sales initiatives and achieve store goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory, shipments, and opening/closing procedures.
• Possibility of keyholder duties.
