Job summary

Leap seeks Part-Time Sales Associates to represent our boutique in NYC in April 2026. You will deliver outstanding in-store experiences, drive customer satisfaction, and build brand connections.

Ideal candidates have luxury retail experience, flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and can lift up to 50 pounds. Familiarity with Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing roles.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum age 18 years old to align with company standards.
• Maintenance of high standards in customer service and brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and drive customer engagement.
• Maintain visual and operational standards in-store.
• Contribute to the store's overall success and KPIs.
• Possible opening/closing responsibilities and keyholder duties.
