Leap, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Sales Associate for our boutique in Cool Springs Galleria, Franklin, TN. You will deliver outstanding in-store experiences, drive customer satisfaction, and build brand loyalty.

The ideal candidate excels at creating positive interactions, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can support opening/closing duties and keyholder responsibilities. Familiarity with Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus.

• Experience in luxury retail with premium accessories knowledge.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through authentic engagement and personalized recommendations.
• Drive sales through proactive engagement and strong selling behaviors.
• Support store operations including visual merchandising, replenishment, inventory tasks, and opening/closing procedures.
