Job summary

Leap, Inc. is seeking dynamic Part-Time Sales Associates for our boutique in Cool Springs Galleria, Franklin, TN. You will deliver outstanding in-store experiences and drive customer satisfaction while representing the Leap platform and partner brands.

Ideal candidates have luxury retail experience, a flexible schedule (including weekends), and a passion for building brand connections. The role offers $18–$22 hourly pay with potential for keyholder duties.

• Experience in luxury retail with a growing understanding of premium accessories, including basic knowledge of materials, product features, and the service expectations of high-end clientele.
• Availability: Flexible and adaptable to meet business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, showcasing a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful customer connections through authentic engagement, active listening, and personalized recommendations.
• Provide an elevated shopping experience by understanding customer needs and delivering thoughtful product solutions.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Support store sales goals through proactive customer engagement and strong selling behaviors.
• Develop product knowledge to educate customers, share brand stories, and build purchase confidence.
• Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, from initial engagement through checkout.
• Maintain a customer-ready environment by supporting visual merchandising, replenishment, cleanliness, and overall store presentation.
• Assist with inventory tasks, shipment processing, and daily operational priorities.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, keyholder responsibilities, and assigned operational tasks as needed.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and brand standards to ensure a consistent store experience.
