Job summary

EXPRESS is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our Cool Springs store in Franklin, TN. The role focuses on delivering a great in-store shopping experience, stocking, cleaning and assisting customers with purchases while maintaining store standards.

This part-time position requires availability for nights and weekends, with a strong emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and the ability to drive loyalty programs and ensure efficient checkout.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of retail experience preferred; willingness to learn.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Must be available nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great in-store shopping experience for customers.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise and planograms.
• Operate the register and handle transactions accurately and quickly.
• Drive loyalty programs and explain benefits to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor including fitting rooms and stock room.
• Support store team with product launches and SOPs.
