Job summary

Leap is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to represent our boutique in Southlake, delivering elevated in-store experiences and driving customer satisfaction. You will foster brand connections, maintain store standards, and support sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to support multiple brands within the Leap platform, leveraging platforms like Shopify and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail with an understanding of premium accessories and high-end service expectations.
• Availability flexible for days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to be active on the sales floor and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through authentic engagement and personalized recommendations.
• Support store sales goals with proactive customer engagement and strong selling behaviors.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, replenish stock, and ensure store presentation.
• Assist with inventory tasks, shipments, opening/closing procedures, and keyholder responsibilities.
