Job summary

Leap represents a boutique in Cool Springs Galleria, Franklin, TN, and is seeking dynamic Part-Time Sales Associates who are passionate about in-store experiences, customer satisfaction, and brand connections.

Ideal candidates excel in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and may perform opening/closing duties or keyholder responsibilities. Familiarity with Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail with premium accessories knowledge.
• Availability flexible including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Minimum age 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience by engaging customers and providing personalized recommendations.
• Drive Sales Through Engagement and educate customers on product features and brand stories.
• Support Store Operations including merchandising, replenishment, inventory tasks, and opening/closing procedures.
• Contribute to the Team by collaborating with leadership to hit store goals and adapt to peak periods.
