Job summary

Leap Inc. in Franklin, TN seeks a dynamic Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver an elevated in-store experience and foster brand connections at our Cool Springs Galleria boutique.

The role focuses on customer engagement, driving sales, and maintaining store standards, with opportunities to support other brands via new store openings and activations. Familiarity with Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus. Hourly pay range: $18–$22, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail and premium accessories service expectations.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with authentic engagement and personalized recommendations.
• Support store sales goals through proactive customer engagement and strong selling behaviors.
• Develop product knowledge to educate customers and build purchase confidence.
• Assist customers through their shopping journey from engagement to checkout.
• Maintain a customer-ready environment with visual merchandising and inventory tasks.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and potential keyholder duties.
