Four Seasons Nashville, at Bacco Restaurant & Bar, is seeking a friendly Part-Time Host to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and support a seamless dining experience in a luxury setting.

You will assist with seating arrangements, answer inquiries, and maintain a polished, guest-focused demeanor while upholding Four Seasons standards.

Weekend availability and a professional attitude are required; training and employee meals are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Six to twelve months in restaurant, food & beverage experience preferred.
• Ability to operate reservation systems and basic computer tasks.
• Professional demeanor with guest-service focus in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly according to party size and preferences.
• Manage reservations and respond to inquiries via telephone per standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and recognize repeat guests when possible.
• Maintain daily menus and knowledge of items and specials.
• Ensure proper table setup and assist with seating adjustments.
• Collaborate with team to support seamless service.
• Complete special projects as directed and adhere to standards.
