Job summary

Four Seasons Nashville is seeking a Back Server PM at Bacco Restaurant & Bar to support front-of-house service and guest satisfaction. You will clear and set tables, assist in delivering food and beverages, and help maintain smooth dining operations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of food service experience. English communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential, with flexibility for evenings, weekends,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of food service or related experience.
• Ability to carry and balance trays safely and efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear, clean, and set up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silverware for service in a discreet and efficient manner.
• Anticipate guest needs, monitor satisfaction, and respond quickly and appropriately to guest requests or concerns.
• Pick up food items from the kitchen, check for accuracy and quality, and deliver to guests as directed.
• Stock side stations with linens, china, glassware, silverware, and paper goods; replenish condiments and prepare bread service.
• Break down, clean, and set up side stations and back-of-house areas to maintain smooth operations.
• Assist with seating guests and table approaches as needed.
• Assist with water refills and other guest service support tasks.
• Work collaboratively and professionally with coworkers and supervisors to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
• Comply with all Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact.
