Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Ability to travel to local stores and for occasional meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism and drive sales using the Lovesac selling process.
• Build genuine connections to foster loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end with curiosity and adaptability to uncover needs and close sales.
