BuySphere Retail Staffing is seeking a part-time Concierge for a luxury apartment building in Washington, D.C. You will welcome residents, assist with inquiries, manage packages, and help maintain a safe, welcoming lobby.

The role requires fluent English, strong communication, and the ability to multitask and work weekends/evenings. Visa holders are welcome; accommodation is available, and growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Customer service experience in a hospitality or similar industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests, assist with luggage and provide information about the building amenities.
• Answer phone calls and emails, handle inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the building.
• Manage package deliveries, notify residents of any incoming packages or mail.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area.
• Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
• Keep track of resident's key distribution and ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
