Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking compassionate LPN and RN professionals to provide premier care in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities.

The LPN/RN will deliver medication administration, ADL support and routine daily activities while upholding residents' rights, dignity and safety within a therapeutic milieu. A valid MA LPN or RN license is required, along with a background check and TB/physical screening.

Qualifications

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check is required.
• TB screening and Physical required upon hire and TB update every two years

Responsibilities

• Distribute medication and monitor medication administration.
• Provide ADL care and daily living support.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual Programs per ISPs.
• Maintain safety and assist in de-escalation when needed
