Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to join our Residential Program in Taunton, MA in a part-time capacity. You will support medically involved individuals in a 24-hour home environment, schedule house meetings, meals, ADL care, and coordinate family visitations while ensuring rights and dignity.

Responsibilities include implementing Positive Behavior Support and Individual Service Plans, with occasional de-escalation and crisis management to keep everyone safe.

Qualifications

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are also required.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.
