Four Chaplains Nursing Care Center in Westland, MI is seeking an LPN to join our EPIC Award Winning team. Part-time hours with rotating weekends and some holidays, base wage $29.00–$33.00/hr plus $3.40/hr hero pay and $1.00/hr shift premium for 3rd shift, plus yearly increases.

You will supervise the nursing team, conduct rounds with patients and staff, and coach on care processes while ensuring timely reports and exceptional service.

Competenze

• Current license to practice as RN or LPN.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Strong analytical abilities for care plans and problem solving.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Mansioni

• Supervise the nursing team with direction and assignments.
• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff.
• Instruct the team on the skilled care process.
