Four Chaplains Nursing Care Center in Westland, MI is seeking Certified Nurse Assistants for Afternoons and Midnights shifts. CNA certification from Michigan is required.

You will provide daily living support, document care and vitals, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure patient well-being. Competitive starting wage of $20.00 per hour plus $3.40 hero/hazard pay, with yearly increases and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Must have CNA certification with Michigan state license.
• Completed approved nursing assistant training program.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork required.

Mansioni

• Perform and document patient care following individualized care plans; assist with activities of daily living.
• Document nutritional intake, vitals, catheter care, and mobility tasks.
• Support therapies and report significant changes to the nursing team.
• Promote hospitality and positive environment during interactions with guests and families.
• Adapt to scheduling needs: 8-hour shifts, rotating weekends and holidays.
