Four Chaplains Nursing Care Center in Westland, MI is seeking an LPN to join our EPIC Award Winning team. Part-time hours with rotating weekends and some holidays, base wage $29.00–$33.00/hr plus $3.40/hr hero pay and $1.00/hr shift premium for 3rd shift, plus yearly increases.

You will supervise the nursing team, conduct rounds with patients and staff, and coach on care processes while ensuring timely reports and exceptional service.

Competenze

Current license to practice as RN or LPN.
CPR/BLS certification.
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Strong analytical abilities for care plans and problem solving.
Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Our Nurses, both RN and LPN Practical Nurses, are a part of our skilled nursing team that provides specialized care to patients in a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest in technology and being a part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

You will earn:

Base Wage: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour based on years of certification
PLUS $3.40 per hour hero / Hazard Pay
PLUS Shift Premium - $1.00 per hour for 3rd shifts (Midnights)

How you will help people every day:

You will supervise the nursing team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
You will conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
You will instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource person for clinical issues
You will ensure the completion of requested reports, i.e., infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.
You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.

What you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:

A current license to practice as aRegistered Nurse - RN or Michigan OR license to practice as a Practical Nurse - LPN;
Current CPR/BLS certification.
An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
