Job summary

Qualifications

• LPN license in Michigan and CPR-BLS certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in nursing.
• Strong analytical abilities to prepare care plans and support rehabilitation.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments such as would care, wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures.
• Administer medications as prescribed and counsel patients/families on changes.
• Provide preventative and supportive care for patients' physiologic and psychosocial well-being.
• Oversee Nurse Aide team, provide training, and participate in evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and high-quality service in interactions with patients, families, and visitors.
