Job summary

Hoyt Nursing & Rehab Centre in Saginaw, MI is seeking an LPN for night shifts with starting pay of $34.55 per hour. This full- or part-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement within a robust interdisciplinary team.

You will administer medications, perform treatments, and coordinate care with RNs and CNAs to support the well-being of residents across multiple specialties including orthopedics, cardiac care, and palliative care.

Qualifications

• A current license to practice as an LPN Nurse in Michigan; CPR-BLS certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families on changes to medications and plans.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• Oversee the CNA team including direction, assignments, training, and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests and families.

How you will help people every day:

What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:

• A current license to practice as an LPN Nurse in Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification.
