Job summary
Keizer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Keizer, OR is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time role. NEW Wage Scale: Starting from $37.97/HR - $53.58/HR based on licensed experience. Shifts: 1 PT Day shift on Sunday 6am-2pm and Monday 6pm-6am.

Qualifications
- Must hold a valid and active LPN license in Oregon.
- Ability to assess and address resident needs while developing personalized care plans.
- Provide guidance and supervision to CNAs and other care staff, ensuring the highest level of care delivery.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing nursing care.
Responsibilities
- Assess resident conditions and develop care plans.
- Deliver hands-on nursing care within scope of practice.
- Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
- Participate in ongoing training and residency programs.
