Job summary
Volare Health, LLC in Eugene, OR is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Green Valley Rehabilitation Center. This is a 1 FT NOC shift with scheduling: Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Pay ranges from $37.97/hr to $53.58/hr, based on licensed experience.

Qualifications
- Current license to practice as an LPN in the practicing state.
- Ability to assess resident needs.
- Skilled in developing individual care plans for patients.
- Supervision of CNAs and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
- Ability to follow state and Federal rules and regulations which govern the practices within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health.
- Supervise CNAs and other staff delivering nursing care.
