Volare Health, LLC and Keizer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center invite a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team in Keizer, OR. Starting wage: $37.97–$53.58 per hour, based on licensed experience.

Shifts: 1 PT Day shift, Sunday 6am-2pm and Monday 6pm-6am. You will assess resident needs, develop personalized care plans, lead CNAs, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Oregon is required.
• Ability to assess and address resident needs and develop care plans.
• Lead CNAs and other care staff while ensuring high-quality care.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing nursing care.
