Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care for our residents in a warm, home-like environment. You will assess and document residents’ status, coordinate care with the care team, and mentor care staff to ensure quality service.

The position emphasizes resident independence, teamwork, and adherence to state regulations. A state LPN license and CPR certification are required, with 1–2 years in nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• LPN license and CPR certification are required.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience is preferred.
• Experience with elderly residents is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess, document, and communicate residents’ status.
• Observe and report significant changes to the care team and supervisors.
• Direct and supervise Resident Care Assistants on daily tasks.
