Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. You will be part of a dedicated team offering support and building lasting relationships with residents and associates.

The role requires an active LPN license and CPR certification, with 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in elder care. Competitive hourly pay and a strong benefits package are included.

Formación

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred.
• Previous experience working with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports any significant changes in resident health to the care team per state regulations.
• Directs and supervises the daily work assignments of the Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors and directs the Lead Resident Care Assistants in all aspects of their job.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via an effective case management process.
• Balances service demands with supporting resident independence.
• Recognizes and reports elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation per state regulations.
• Responds to emergencies and emergency response systems as required.
