Job summary

Jewish Family & Career Services of Atlanta (JF&CS) is seeking a skilled LPN to support individuals with developmental disabilities through oversight, medication coordination, and nursing support in community-based programs.

The role includes travel for home visits, reports to the RN, and a mix of independent work with program staff. A Georgia LPN license is required along with strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active, in-good-standing Georgia LPN license.
• Driver's license (GA) required.
• 5 years of LPN experience required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare oversight and documentation to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate medication management for program participants.
• Conduct supervisory home visits at least every 60 days.
• Maintain client care plans and documentation.
• Attend ISP meetings as needed.
