Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia (in good standing).
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) or in home/community-based waiver services preferred.
• Prior experience in nursing education, staff training, or clinical instruction is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Georgia DBHDD guidelines and community residential care standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct health oversight and care planning for individuals with IDD.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Deliver staff training on clinical procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation and audits.
